reducing cholesterol
Black tea has its own benefits such as reducing cholesterol. In fact, one of one of the main black tea benefits which was discovered is what drinking of this tea can help lower the risk of heart disease by reducing ones LDL. It was documented that for the men who drank up to 4 cups of this daily had a significantly less risk of heart disease or stroke. Black tea is good for chronic illnesses because of the antioxidant that tea has.

Most coffee drinkers are what I call coffee, they crave for the drink. However, if you do want a tea drink with a high caffeine content, then black tea beats green, oolong and its other counterparts hand down.
